Todd Morrison: Owner and Project Manager
Todd Morrison started Morrison Heating and Cooling in 2004 after 18 years of working in the HVAC industry. He is a second generation heating and cooling expert, after learning the trade in the 1980’s from his own grandfather. He went on to open his own business in the early 90’s as Todd’s HVAC. In 2004, the name was changed to Morrison Heating and Cooling with a focus on complete HVAC solutions. Todd is quite involved in all aspects of the day to day operations of Morrison Heating and Cooling, with a large portion of his time being spent on project design and management. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends; and often times his beloved rottweiler Bella is included as both family and friend. He enjoys many outdoor activities including motorcycle riding, playing in the sand and camping.
John Jacobson: General Manager – Sales and Marketing
Coming from the distributor side of the HVAC industry, John joined Morrison Heating & Cooling in early 2014. His knowledge of the industry and enthusiastic customer-focused approach is a great asset to the company. John is most often the first one to arrive, and the last one to leave and he is most famous around the office for reminding us all: “I believe in a days work, in a days time”. John is a life long Portland, Oregon resident – and his roots are deep in the Portland community. In his free time, he enjoys motorcycle riding, reading, golfing, working in his yard, and camping. He looks forward to the day when he has a new puppy at home (RIP to his beloved Buck).
Marilyn DuBois: Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable/Human Resources
Marilyn joined the team in 2008. Along with the titles of bookkeeper, accounts payable and human resources, Marilyn also has the title of “mom” – since she is Todd’s mother. When not at work, Marilyn spends an enormous amount of her time being with and taking care of her large, extended family. Anyone who spends a moment around Marilyn will recognize she is a HUGE Seattle Seahawks fan, and she is serious about her Fantasy Football team. She keeps all of the employees on their toes. Simply put: “The buck stops with Marilyn”.
Janet Webster: Service Department Manager/Scheduler/Office Manager
Janet came to work for Morrison Heating and Cooling in May 2015 after 10 years of working in this industry. She wears many hats throughout the day, and easily transitions from one task to another. Janet has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the School of Business from Portland State University. She is often times the smiling voice on the other end of the phone when you call the office. She and her husband have two, young adult children (and a daughter in law!) whom she considers to be her greatest accomplishment. When Janet is not at work, she is often at her husband’s high school baseball games (where he is the varsity coach) and walking her favorite dog: Cooper.

We are focused on the local community as our client base, and therefore we try to source all of our parts and equipment locally as often as possible.
